Full-color module made of three basic color LEDs: red, green, and blue, or using LEDs with three basic color chips and IC and MOSFET that are scanned at high speed and the LEDs are turned on and off, so that the desired LEDs can be kept on at a certain time and the message can be transmitted to the viewer in full color and video.
